about us
All Access Church worship service has been a dream of Dan Adragna’s for many years. It was inspired by worship services he attended at Mission Springs Conference Center in Scotts Valley, California where he volunteered at Joni and Friends’ Family Retreats beginning in 1999.
As the band began playing, people of all ages and abilities were given a hand-hand instrument or scarf or flag and formed a moving circle around the room. Some were in wheelchairs, others with walkers, little kids being towed in their red wagon, and still others who were able-bodied would also join in. It was an inspiring sight to behold! After several years of dreaming of hosting a special service like this, Dan’s dream has come true!
All are welcome to join us regardless of age, or cognitive and physical ability!

Melynda and Dan Adragna
Our Founder and Executive Director
Dan Adragna is no stranger to disability.
In 1996, he lost both of his legs (below the knees) due to a very toxic blood infection that nearly took his life. Four times. He believes God spared his life miraculously and for a good reason. And that is, to serve Him by serving others impacted by disability and special needs.
It all began at Twin Lakes Church in Aptos, California, and later at Bayside Church in Roseville. He also served with Joni and Friends for a number of years before starting the nonprofit ministry of All Access Church Consulting, of which All Access Church is a ministry.

WHAT IS ALL ACCESS CHURCH CONSULTING?
All Access Church Consulting is a 501c3 nonprofit public charity corporation that offers free special needs ministry consulting and training to Christ-honoring churches in the greater Sacramento region. Our mission is to increase the number of churches that welcome, include, and disciple people with disabilities and special needs. We envision a day when this occurs routinely and is a part of every church’s DNA.
Our inspiring scripture is in the parable of The Great Banquet in Luke 14:21b-23.
“Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame.’ ‘ Sir, the servant said, what you ordered has been done, but there is still room.’ Then the master told his servant, “Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in so that my house will be full.”
The Lord does not consider his house (the church) full until ALL of His people are equally included in the Body of Christ. 1 Corinthians 12:27
WHO IS ALL ACCESS CHURCH CONSULTING?
In March of 2022, Dan Adragna founded All Access Church Consulting rooted in his disability as well as 23 years of service in special needs ministry. Dan’s loss of his lower limbs due to a toxic blood infection, complicated by Type 1 diabetes and staff infections, were contributing factors that prompted him to serve in this ministry. The fact that he miraculously survived this lengthy ordeal, in which his heart stopped four times in the first three days, not only increased his faith but changed his perspective on life and his desire to serve God as a way of thanking Him.
All Access Church Consulting is also comprised of 25-30 amazing and selfless volunteers who serve at its various functions. It’s also the dozens of people served at monthly, quarterly, and annual events.
